I'm not that sure if I'll keep away from knives, but I can promise you
one thing, I'll stay away from cheese.
Just finished my old block of parmegano last week, and I'm not going to
buy a new one. And dude, did my poor kitchen machine suffer from that
block. But not my fingers, so that works.
