Thunderbird localization page moved from wiki to devmo

I just took the time to move the content from the wiki
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Thunderbird:Localization over to devmo.
The new place to go to is:

I also used to opportunity to add a tiny bit of information and correct
a link. I hope this makes this information more discoverable.
As always, if you think that there is something missing on that page or
you find an error, feel free to edit page and add/correct the page.

PS: I'm still waiting for some kind of feedback on my TB3 beta3 followup
post from Monday. I can't imagine that I added everything in there
that had to be said on this topic, so please make yourself heard in
