Request to start new localization in Narro - Kashmiri, Devanagari script

Hi all
I am a Kashmiri and have a fair knowledge of the language. I notice that there is no localised version of Firefox for my language. I would like to contribute to an effort in developing one that uses the Devanagari script.
I have set up Mercurial on my machine and created a username on BitBucket (anshumanf) as is required. According to the steps outlined on the Create New Localisation page a new repository in Narro now needs to be created for the new locale.
Could you guys please help me out? My username is anshumanf.
