[productization] Changes coming to Yahoo searchplugins

Hi everyone,
In the next couple of days I'm going to land changes to all Yahoo
searchplugins to remove dynamic yahoo-fr parameters[1] from both desktop
and mobile, in Aurora and Central.

In case your locale didn't remove the extra images[2] from desktop, I'll
apply that change too.
