Suggestion to add a pt-BR contributor as a reviewer in Verbatim

tl;dr - The pt-BR Verbatim has no active moderator, I have been the only active reviewer, and new submissions are being bottlenecked. How can we fix this?
Howdy everyone!
I work in the SUMO team as a Firefox OS Coordinator, and have been doing a lot of work this past year with the Brazilian community - including support and localization. I am reaching out to this mailing list, in hopes of finding out some information on moderation and reviewing rights for Verbatim in pt-BR.
One of the contributors in Brazil has done thousands of high quality localization contributions in Verbatim and hundreds of high quality localization of documents in SUMO, and has shown great interest in helping out with the revision of pt-BR strings in Verbatim. Unfortunately, it has been months since I have been unable to get in touch with the moderator of pt-BR Verbatim to discuss this matter and find out the appropriate steps to take.
I would like to introduce you to Ouesten -

What steps should I take to grant reviewer rights to Ouesten, and to ensure that there is an active moderator in the pt-BR Verbatim to manage these requests in the future?

I just granted full permission for the pt-BR locale to ouesten.
There are now 5 accounts in Verbatim with same permission level for pt-BR:
m.araldi, fernandopsilveira, reuben.morais, rdaub and now ouesten.
If you need anything else related to Verbatim, I'm happy to help (mathjazz
on IRC).
