Some odd back and forth on beta repositories, and dashboard

Hi,

there was some accidental spill on releases/mozilla-beta, which triggered dashboard data to be generated (and be false)

The changesets were removed from the upstream beta repository, and I've cleaned up the dashboard database accordingly.

Sorry if the data was confusing in the meantime.

this is done now.

beta->release migrated and l10n repos merged

apologies for the delay. we ran into a few release automation issues that had shared common hg libs change recently in CI world. namely, `Bug 1277041 - update migration scripts to support robustcheckout`.

will do a post mortem at next releng postmortem. can touch on it at channel mtg as well if you like.
