Navigating Machinery matches with keyboard in Pontoon

Hi,

We don't always publicly announce new keyboard shortcuts, but when we do,
they better be the most interesting keyboard shortcuts in Pontoon. ;)

Thanks to julen <https://github.com/julen>, you can now copy machine
translation and translation memory matches from the Machinery tab to the
editor. Use Ctrl + Shift + Up and Ctrl + Shift + Down to move up and down
the list.

If the Locales tab is active instead of the Machinery tab, its items will
be copied to the editor instead.

We hope the new addition saves you some time!
