Change in browser-region/region.properties. How to deal with it?

I've just found (or better, Mozilla Translator just found) a change in
en-US region.properties (removed gfns=1 from keyword.url)

Since every time I'll export my localization and commit my changes I'll
risk to forget about this file (I have to manually uncheck it in
TortoiseHg), what's the best (and fastest) way to deal with this change?
A mass-change bug? An individual bug with approval request?

I don't like any of those changes that landed, and none of that is
actually the final end-game.
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=586821 is much closer to
that. Doh.

I'd ignore it for the time being, tbh.
