Hi, am Saiesh Patnaik here i can contribute in both odia and english community and also contribute in Wikipedia. Can anyone please help me to know what i have to do here?

You are most welcome to Mozilla-Odia community.
As you are already contributing to Wikipedia, I assume that you are
aware of localization basics.
Please refer to our team page : https://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:Teams:or,
specially the Active projects and Mozilla workflow, and let me know in
which project you would like to contribute.
In the mean time create a profile in https://mozillians.org/en-US/ and
register yourself in http://mozilla.locamotion.org/or/ where most of the
active projects are available for localization.
Start giving suggestions in http://mozilla.locamotion.org/or/firefoxos/
project for review.
Once you are comfortable with Mozilla work flow and your work has been
reviewed by any of the existing team member, you will be given full
access in any of the project of your choice.

I really appreciate your interest in localization. Please feel free to
ask me for any type of assistance you need.
