[late-l10n] string removal in browser.properties

Nothing that really impacts us for Beta 2, but we're going to live with
that orange for the release.

We have the revision numbers for the sign-offs, and are going to branch
from those.
You get a cookie for pushing a change to your repo before we tag and
branch, as in, you will keep the head on the default branch. Which will
otherwise be hidden until you actually create a new head. Confused?
Ignore it, just be sure to land a change, for example this one, before
en-US is ready. Then you'll be fine with just doing the hg update, to
ignore the merge message, that hg will still lie about once the
relbranch for b2 is pushed.
