I can see that there is a directory for SeaMonkey 2.0 in Narro, but
there aren't any files! Who could fix that?

Projects are imported only for locales that opt in to use Narro to avoid
translating in vane.
You need either to contact the existing localization team, or if there's
no team, start one.
