Hi all
Just a quick question about the part of speech of the verb is most of the
permissions properties strings, as in:
- Obtain mobile network information (MCC, MNC, etc.).
- Add, read or modify video files stored on the device.

Unlike English verb in the infinitive and the imperative aren't the same in
Fulah (in French too). Are these imperatives or infinitives in English?

Thanks all for your help
Ibrahima

Hi,

these are infinitives. On the phone, the design is like this:

[Header with permission name]
[Description of permission like texts you mentioned]
[List of apps which have registered for that permission]

or

[Header with app name]
[List of permissions with a description under each]

I would translate them as infinitives, personally.
