RP lock YOURPASSPHRASE

Can this be translated or should it be left as it is? Thanks.

You can translate "YOURPASSPHRASE" to make the user understand that they
need to replace it with a passphrase of their choice, the rest needs to
remain the same.

So "RP lock" is a command? What is with "Perform Card APDU". Should this
phrase be translated?

Yes, these are both commands [2] - don't translate them.

I stand corrected - "Perform Card APDU" is one of the commands of the
SIM toolkit - which we translate in general, e.g. "Play tone"
http://transvision.mozfr.org/string/?entity=apps/settings/settings.properties:stkItemsNaiPlayTone&repo=gaia

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1111408 says one needs a
test applet to test this stuff.
