Hi everyone,
After some silence in Focus iOS land, here's an update. We're going to be
adding newly completed locales with upcoming 3.4 release. Mobile team is
thinking of releasing some time end of next week. I will confirm dates
after our meeting with them tomorrow.
There will likely be a handful of strings to translate. If so, we will be
getting them early morning this Friday (PST) and the l10n cycle will be
over by the following Thursday. This means localization *and* testing must
be completed by that Thurs. I'll keep you posted, there is really not a lot
of work expected.
*Testing*
In the meantime, we've made progress with screenshots (thanks Bryan! :) ).
We are still waiting for the iPhone5 ones, so this is just to get a head
start with iPhone7plus ones.

* Screenshots iPhones7Plus Klar:

pay attention to all the locales there, this should be less soon)
* Screenshots both Klar and Focus iPhone5: coming up! stay tuned!
*Sign-offs: changes*
For mobile app projects (so all except Firefox for Android), we will be
shipping all locales that:
- are at 100% complete translation with no remaining errors on the web
dashboard at l10n deadline,
https://l10n.mozilla-community.org/webstatus/?product=focus-ios
- have no visible l10n errors upon review of the locale's screenshots
(e.g., significant truncation, text overflow, encoding, etc.) besides what
may have already been reported to the mobile team to correct.
We've realized the past process (ie. communities explicitly signing-off
within a bug for each locale) does not scale. We've also missed the
opportunity to ship locales that were good and ready to go because
localizers did not sign-off on time on their bug. With time, we've noticed
it is safe to ship completed locales, as localizers are generally diligent
in checking that their work looks good on screenshots, and otherwise filing
bugs to fix issues.
*Finding issues*
If you find any issues, please add :delphine to them (there's
no tracking bug at the moment).
As a reminder, Focus for iOS-specific issues are currently filed here:

As always, if you have any questions or comments, please let us know.
