Listing available hyphenation dictionaries

Axel has requested help to fill data in the existing hyphenation
dictionnaries in order to make informed decision abour shipping them by
default or not.
Apparently, the reference for all the Hunspell dictionaries is the page
here :

The trouble is for the two that are already referenced (english,
swedish) no download link was given (I just added that column in the
array), and the size don't match what I'm getting from the above page
(except maybe if the readme was counted as part of the size of the
dictionary for Swedish).
Another thing that disturbs me is that there's no french hyphenation
dictionary on that page which seems a bit incredible. The US hyphenation
says it derives from TeX tables, they are hyphenation tables fro french
since ages in TeX. Also the OOo US dictionnary says it's LGPL, but the
original TeX tables aren't LGPL, and apparently this dictionnary is
just a format conversion of them.

I don't think that the dictionaries listed on that page are the latest
available, at least not for English and Swedish. The en-US dictionary,
AFAIK, came from http://sourceforge.net/projects/hunspell/files/Hyphen/
and a more recent Swedish dictionary can be found at
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/Swedish_hyph_patterns

I have added a download link to the dictionary I used to fill in the
data for Swedish. It's packaged in an .oxt file that can be unzipped.
