SeaMonkey 1.1 String Changes for copyright year

Just a note that the fix to bug 410139 has landed on the 1.8 branch
which updates the copyright strings to include 2008. This is basically
the help content files, and the license and about pages. It is not
necessary for the locales to be updated - the only change is the number.

Because SeaMonkey branch locales are not in CVS.
Localizers of course are welcome and encouraged to update their
langpacks when the next SeaMonkey 1.1.x version is released, but it's
not strictly necessary.
