Changes to Thunderbird searchplugins

Hello Thunderbird Fans!
as previously with Firefox, we have removed eBay form all locales
shipping the searchplugin. I have done the removal directly on the hg
repositories. If you work on Mercurial, please make sure to pull before
sending any new commits.
The change has landed in mozilla-aurora and will ride the trains with
Thunderbird 51.
