There's bug 395590 filed about the en-US wording of the
ProtocolFlagError property in caps.properties. The attached
patch won't rev the property name, as it's not a semantic
change.

However, as some of the locales might have translated
the expression "loads of protocols" as "many protocols" or "a lot of
protocols", you may want to make sure that your translation
means: "loadING" of such protocols.
