[Firefox 3] NeverAsk string

Here another doubt: since I'm quite new, I think it's better to ask here
before opening a useless bug (possibly I need to see another bug for
this kind of request to use the right module, cc, etc.).

file: quitDialog.properties
key: NeverAsk
text: Do not ask next time

I found this string used in (at least) two different situations:

* with messageNoWindows when you try to close a window
* with messageRestart when you press the button Restart in the
Add-ons Manager

While the first message is a question ("ask" is ok), the second message
is a statement, so "ask" doesn't fit. Maybe it's better to duplicate
this string?
