[SeaMonkey] Help text changes on comm-aurora (bug 1245110)

For those localizers who are also translating the Help pages, there
has been a removal of description of a preference setting for which
backend support and subsequently UI has been removed.
These changes will also become visible on comm-beta with the upcoming
merge scheduled for next Monday, March 7th. Note that 2.41 and 2.42
are affected as well already, but the en-US patch didn't land for
those.
This change won't affect any function, just description. Also, no text
was added or modified, just removed.
