Dear Calendar localizers,

as most of you know we've been in string freeze for quite some time but
have lagged behind on the code development side. A few days ago, the last
remaining blocker bug was fixed, so it's time to get something out to the
masses.

Most of our locales are already looking fine, but some have still some
way to go. This is the current status so far:

Green (32)
==========
ca, cs, de, es-AR, es-ES, et, fr, fy-NL, ga-IE, gl, he, hu, id, is, it,
ja, ja-JP-mac, ka, ko, lt, nb-NO, nl, nn-NO, pl, pt-BR, pt-PT, ro, sk,
ta-LK, tr, vi, zh-CN

Red (6)
=======
eu, mk, sl, sv-SE, uk, zh-TW

Red on Windows (3)
==================
da, pa-IN, si

Orange (1)
==========
ru

Those locales, which are not in the green category would have to do the
following to become part of our next release:

- Orange:
You just need to remove the few obsolete strings in your localization

- Red on Windows:
The variables in the Windows installer files are outdated here. You'll
need to update them. Just follow your own example in the Firefox or
Thunderbird installer files or read [1] where I talked about this a
while ago regarding the same problem in Thunderbird space.

- Red:
You'll need to translate the remaining missing strings. Please also
pay attention to your l10n tinderbox, so that the installer problem
doesn't hurt you as well.

I'll give you another full week to get your locales in shape. I'll open
up a corresponding opt-in thread shortly.

Thanks
Simon

I cannot find the missing strings. Dashboard does not show them, as you
say. I then tried tinderbox at
http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showbuilds.cgi?tree=Mozilla-l10n-da but the
only Sunbird/Lightning column I can find is "Sunbird Linux comm-1.9.1
sunbird l10n", and that is green. No Windows column.

And by the way: What is the version number of the Lightning and Sunbird
release we are talking about?

That's correct, because there are none.

You'll have to go back a 12, 24 or 48 hours to find a Windows Sunbird
build.

What you'll need to do is:

- go into the calendar/locales/installer directory
- Replace these variables:
- ${BrandShortName} with $BrandShortName
- $(^Name) with $BrandFullName
- $(^NameDA) $BrandFullNameDA
- That's it!

We haven't really decided yet. Sorry :(

Hello!
These lines are not a mistake. ru is orange because after fixing bug
482460 <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=482460> I added
new lines with noun class3 for russian recurrence... This is normal
situation I think, but system can't understand that these lines needed.
