Some time ago I could download the current translation memories for
Mozilla l10n from http://www.frenchmozilla.fr/glossaire/TMX/memoire_EN-US_SL.TMX,
Lately, this address has been redirected to http://www.frenchmozilla.fr/transvision
(duh...)

There are now 4 branches, so you should search in:
http://www.frenchmozilla.org/transvision/TMX/<branch>/<locale>/
Where branch is aurora, beta, release or trunk.
