New "smart reply" button in Thunderbird (comm-central)

Hi all,

I was a little puzzled by this changeset in Thunderbird trunk:

If I understand correctly, the new "smart reply" button is dummy and is
only used when customizing the toolbars. It is well commented in the XUL
file, but I think it also deserves a localization note.
