Unfortunately, due to some very bad timing, the strings that landed as
part of the plugin-crash UI are currently showing as required for the
Thunderbird 3.1 localisations.

Axel has thankfully already updated filter.py for us, but this hasn't
been reflected on the dashboard.
I'm currently working on finding a string related patch or someone to
re-trigger the dashboard builds.
For now, just treat the 9 new strings added to plugins.dtd as optional
as instructed in Benjamin's post.

The new dashboard had builds triggered last night, forgot about the old
one, sorry. Just triggered the builds over there.
