sign-off for fx/tb 1.5.0.4 (only affected locales)

Hi,

those locales/products that landed changes for 1.5.0.4 should please
start to QA their candidate builds, and work towards sign-off.

The list of locales is at

is the sign-off table. There are currently builds for windows and linux,
mac builds still have minor issues, but we don't intend to respin the
windows and linux pieces for that. And if we have to respin those, that
won't affect your sign-offs.

there is at least timr in MV who should be able to help, if there are
questions.

The procedure is the same as every year, go through the l10n litmus
tests at least, add name of tester and a link to the results to the wiki.

I think I need some explanation on the litmus test for localization :-\

As you can see, Italian browser is in state TBD (I think it means To Be
Determined), not PASS.

I think that "TBD" is caused by my litmus test, in particular test
1042-Default startpage and homepage

What I really don't understand is that I tested several builds for Mac
and Windows, and the page that first loads when you first start Firefox
with a new profile is always in English

I think this is not a problem related with the italian locale, since
I've the same problem with the French build

Another point: I'm not the only one who found the problem in the past

Well, this really depends on what you call "properly localized". We call
that "no shitty somewhat page showing up". It's not necessarily right to
expect a translated page here.

So, for the sake of the argument, you should just mark that fixed, as
the translation of that page is merely a server side issue.

We had a vicious cycle of respins, and I'd feel better if we could get
some l10n QA comments on those builds.
