Hi everyone,

as announced nine days ago, the sign-off deadline for Lightning 1.0
beta2, the Lightning release that will accompany Thunderbird 3.1 is
on May 24th at 23:59 pacific time.

Right now the picture looks like this[2]:

- 21 locales have already signed-off
- 8 additional locales are green on the dashboard but have not yet
signed off for their locale
- 1 locale is orange on the dashboard indicating that some obsolete
strings still need to be removed or commented out
- Of the remaining 14 locales many have only a limited amount of
missing strings to catch-up, so it would be great if those locales
could still join us

I will contact every locale that has not yet signed off their locale
individually as well, so that everyone is aware of the current status.

Cya
Simon

This 1 locale is russian. But this strings is not obsolete. After
fixing Bug 482460[1] I added a few strings for russian neuter
gender[2]. Translation looks greate,
but dashboard can't correctly process this situation. I don't know
what needed for correct status, may be add *Nounclass3 strings for en
locale or add an exception for dashboard script.

P.S. Russian sign-off now

Hi, Simon.

Japanese locales has fixed a critical bug related to Bug 449646.

I know that 1.0b2rc1 has already built and this fix is too late.
However, 1.0b2 release has not yet. Could you please update the
release tags to the latast rivision for Japanese, if it is possible?
(I've already signed-off on dashboard.)
