Hi everyone,

As a couple of you have noticed already, we're updating the iOS repos
and Pootle project with the latest en-US source strings. Please be on
the lookout for any odd strings or Pootle behaviors. I'll send an email
once this update is complete.

Thanks,
Jeff

Hi everyone,

The update went smoothly for most locales and things are stable in the
repos and on Pootle. There were 91 new en-US words added to this update.

On Pootle, Icelandic, Latvian, Norwegian (Bokmal), and Brazilian
Portuguese have different word counts than they're supposed to. Dwayne
will be looking into what's causing the difference.

If you have any questions, as always, please be sure to ask.

Thanks,
Jeff

Just got home from Midsummer parties and stuff, will look into the translations for Swedish once Pootle is back up

"Down for Pootle Maintenance

We're upgrading Pootle to a new version. The site will be down for a while as we upgrade the software and install new services. Please check back later."

aka Tuesday or Wednsday next week :)

Hi, I have something to report.

I found a bunch (or maybe all) of strings that I had previously translated to Spanish, now in German (or at least that's what I think it is). Is my previous work lost now?

Hi Daniel,

I'm having a look at this. I need to check what the source of the
translation is. If we look at the timeline it simply says "Unit created"
which is usually an indication of an upload or when we push i.e not
online. My one concern would be someone uploading to the wrong language,
which would be a permissions issue. But we'll keep looking to see where
this crept in.

Please note this is from 7 weeks ago so it isn't related to the new Pootle
deployment, just to stop any second guessing on that front.

Any update on this? I feel I've wasted my time since all I've worked on was overwritten in another language...
