Character encoding menu broken in Firefox 29 on Android: need your opinion (and correction from several locales)

Hi everyone,
release drivers are currently evaluating a new release for Firefox
Android because of bug 1003897 [1]: in this version Character Encoding
selection via menu is broken.

*1) How important is this setting for your locale?*

Locales which have this menu enabled by default: ar, be, fa, ja, vi.
We need to understand how important is this setting for these locales,
and eventually for other locales.

2) While checking, I noticed that a lot of locales have translated
"false" (or "true") in this string

Please make sure you fix this, if not we'll need to file individual bugs.

Correction: list includes also zh-TW (but not zh-CN).

To zh-TW it's needed as some famous sites or government sites still use
Big5 encoding, some users are still accessing legacy pages with no encoding
declaration, and some are accessing Simplified Chinese or Japanese
contents.

For these pages encoding autodetection might return false results so I set
browser.menu.showCharacterEncoding to true.
