Gaia: Keyboard layouts

As far as I can see, there's currently no way to define a new keyboard layout for the locale. Turkish is included in "Other Latin scripts" (French, German, Norwegian (Bokmål), Slovak, Turkish) but obviously it doesn't work well like that.

Shouldn't we be able to create a seperate layout for each locale?

The Other Latin Scripts just offers a set of keyboard layouts, that can
then be individually selected. On the keyboard, there's a globe icon on
the lower left, press-hold that and select the Türkce Keyboard.

+1. I don't like that Russian doesn't have separate layout, but included
in "Cyrillic" group.

Can other keyboard be added, and how? I am thinking of Fulah for instance.

Indeed, it works. But is there a reason why we can't directly choose a single language from Settings? I personally don't think the current user experience is convenient.

We will also need to add Turkish-F layout as a second option, which is somewhat popular in Turkey.

Also, we may rip out the keyboard categories, I think I saw that fly by
in a bug, but I can't remember which.
