RFC: the new signoffs view is now available on the l10n dashboard

If you feel brave and would like to help us test one of the new
features on the l10n dashboard, read on!
Axel landed today the new signoff view, i.e. the webpage that we all
know and love, and use to make sign-offs.
You can find the test instance of the l10n portal at
https://l10n-dev-sj.mozilla.org/
If you want to jump right away to testing the signoff2 view, go to
https://l10n-dev-sj.mozilla.org/shipping/dashboard?av=fx5
(Interestingly, because of how the merges from central to aurora and
aurora to beta work, you might not see any pushes for your locale. Try
to click around nonetheless, please. I will import a new database
snapshot soon, so that the date is more testing-friendly.)
