Transvision 1.9

Hi,

I just released Transvision 1.9, the hightlights for localizers are:
- addition of the Occitran locale
- Searches on strings and entities with special characters (, }, [ are
now possible (mostly useful for Gaia and strings in the devtools that
often contain those letters)

Transvision will also start now have a counter for the number of
searches per locale (http://transvision.mozfr.org/stats/), in the last
week I saw that there were searches on Transvision for 35 locales and I
would like to understand which locales use it most.

I will try to keep that "release early, release often" rythm over 2013,
that's my new year resolution ;)
