Inconsistency with language names on the download page

Hi,

There seems to be a bit of inconsistency on the download page, see
here for example: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html

All the english names for the languages are written with capital first
letter, but among the translated names, there are some with and some
without a capital first letter.

Is this a will or it just happened ?

For these it wouldn't be entirely wrong to capitalise the first letter -
this is done if it is the first word in a sentence, for example. But
writing it with only the Z/X capitalised would stylistically be best in
my opinion. These are not (yet) released languages, but I thought I'll
just give a data point for your interest.

I guess some mixed bag is unavoidable, since the native names use
different scripts anyway.

Catalan tradition is not having capital letters either.
I see no problem in keeping it as now. Maybe all locales which may be
following incorrect language rules should change it.
