Localized SeaMonkey builds fully working - starting tomorrow!

Hi localizers,

Just as a note, I just landed the switch to the new download manager on
comm-central, see also
http://home.kairo.at/blog/2009-05/new_download_manager_lands_in_seamonkey

This means that the localized builds starting with tomorrow's will
(finally) fully work if your localization is complete and has no syntax
errors and you can point your testers to them.

The upcoming SeaMonkey 2.0 Beta 1 will also feature fully localized
builds for all three platforms for the first time.

Have fun with testing, and I hope to see the amount of fully working
localizations for SeaMonkey 2 grow further! :)
