Opt-out of web projects in webdashboard

Hi,

Is there a way to opt-out of some external webprojects in the
webdashboard? I see some projects that we cannot even start to localize
right now.

I'd rather not see them, or at least not have them trigger an
"Incomplete Web Projects" message.

Hi Eduardo,
I'd say that the first step is to file bugs and discuss it with each
project's maintainers to figure out if your locale can be removed.

The webdashboard is simply showing the data already available in the
repository for a project, it doesn't manage locales. And I'd really like
to avoid hard-coding exclusions on my side, because it's way too easy to
forget about them.

If the first step fails (talking with projects), I can try to figure out
a way to exclude your locale for some projects only from dashboards.
