Cleanup of Test Pilot from Pontoon

Hi lions.

I hope you enjoy the southern-hemisphere spring so far. :)

I wanted to ask about the expected lifetime of Test Pilot Website project
and Firefox Screenshots server translations on Pontoon. Screenshots is not
closed yet, but Test Pilot itself is shut down for some time.

We have the deprecation notice on Test Pilot Website ready for Czech for
long and from time to time I see new suggestions for the project, which is
a waste of contributors time now. :( If the plan is not to remove it soon,
may I ask to make the project read-only for us now before it is removed
completely?

Also related to Test Pilot, I see there ware no updates for Notes for over
9 months. I use both the Android app and extensions and I haven't seen many
updates to them either. Is the Notes project alive and expected to get new
strings?

Hi Michal,

Good point about Test Pilot. I've asked them when the server is going
to go down completely, but it doesn't look like that's happening any
time soon. At this point, I'll just disable the project.

For Screenshots: I need to check what the plan is. I don't think it
was enabled in Firefox ESR 60, but I might be wrong.
Since the project is used for both the website and the add-on, we need
for them to remove the website strings.

Notes: it seems to be quite active, they're just not adding strings or
features. It's likely that staff has moved to other priority projects,
at last in this period.
