Thunderbird 2 Release Candidate Community Test Day on Friday March 30th

The release candidate builds will be available in the latest rc directory:

Also, we should have l10n RC builds available by Friday as well.

for people to figure it out in their own timezone?
Take me for example. I _think_ PDT/PST is the same with/without daylight
saving time, but is it 8 or 9 hours different from GMT+0? Also my
timezone just changed from CET to CEST, but still is GMT+1, only diff is
that we are now in daylight savings mode ..

CEST is GMT+2. GMT never switches to daylight savings (UK uses BST
in the summer).

You would still need to go "Amh ... Let's see. It's now 8 pm over there,
and 12 am here ... that would make 4 am over there ... ehh... *think*"
... Instead of just getting that it's at i.e. 17.00 GMT, or 5 pm GMT ..
then I could go .. "Oh, and I'm at GMT PLUS TWO .. that makes it 19.00".
Not to be a pain, but I hate math even though I _can_ do it.

xx am/pm PST (GMT+yy)" and the best way IMO would be to say "blah blah
at xx GMT (where xx is in 24-hour notation).

That still required some math from my head, but if I got it right it
would be:
2pm - 0am UTC? And that would also read 14.00 - 00.00 UTC ?
I really hate math, and would love all times referred to in UTC / GMT+0
as requested earlier.

Most of the year, the math is pretty simple, and no harder than times
given in UTC. For me, it's +9.
7am PDT is 4pm CEST (I think that's the acronym for Berlin, summer time).
