l10n.m.o not updating 'til some time tomorrow

Hi,
the database hung up on elmo again, and it's going to be a while 'til
the data actually catches up again.
It's an involved process, sadly, and one that we never had to go through
before we moved to the new db setup. Plus, I have other things on my
schedule tomorrow which folks depend on, so I'm not going to just drop
all things for this stuff.
