Problems with TortoiseHg 2.3.x and Mozilla's repositories

Is there any other localizer out there using Windows+TortoiseHg[1] to
work on l10n repositories? I realized yesterday that I can't update to
versions 2.3.x (with Mercurial 2.1.x) because the certificate isn't
accepted, so I can't connect over ssh.

I created a new issue on bitbucket[2] but I'm not sure if the problem is
with my environment, TortoiseHg or Mozilla. Any idea of what the problem
could be? Any other person with the same problem?

There was a problem with Mercurial 2.1 (fixed in 2.1.1),
may be you were hit by it.

Thanks Tim,
I believe it shouldn't be this bug, since T ortoiseHg 2.3.1 is already
using 2.1.1.

Version I'm using is few months old 2.1.2 with mercurial 1.9.1.

Do you want to give it a try and update to the latest version? At least
I can exclude a problem on my system and report in the issue.

Just to be clear, I move from 2.2.2 to 2.3.1 without uninstalling or
rebooting the system, so it's a matter of 5 minutes to change from a
broken environment to a working one.

Looking at the release notes, it seems that 2.3 both pulled a different
version of TortoisePLink and started using python-keyring and
mercurial-keyring.

That makes it sound like your private key might not be recognized in the
same way it was before.

Don't have a ton of better tips ad-hoc.

Hi Francesco:

I use the same configuration, but do not remember any Tortoise update (there
was an SVN update, involving a change to the local repo structure, had no
problems).

I am away from my working place until Tues night and I will check.

Not being able to use ssh is a rather painful experience, I was in that
penalty box for longer than a year.

Problem solved: issue is not with TortoiseHg but with an obsolete
version of Pageant they're shipping.
