Hi,
Our group at ILLA-A (http://www.illa-a.org) is working on translating Firefox into South Bolivian Quechua (quh) and Aymara(aym). Can you please add locales to Firefox for these languages.
There are already locales for Cuzco Quechua (quz) and Ayacucho Quechua (quy) from Peru, but South Bolivia Quechua uses a slightly different alphabet than Cuzco Quechua (J in place of H) and has 10 more letters than Ayacucho Quechua. I have talked to Irma Alvarez, the person in charge of the Cuzco Quechua and Ayacucho Quechua translations and she agrees that South Bolivia Quechua should have a separate translation.
Best Regards,
Amos Batto

If you want to do that, create and account there (to right corner of the
screen "Register"), sign up to the mailing list there
(http://lists.translate.org.za/mailman/listinfo/firefox-l10n) and let us
know there what you username is and we'll create the locales for you!
Cheers,
Michael

Thank you for your email and welcome to the Mozilla Community! We're excited that you're interested in joining our localization effort.
Since you have stated that you would like to start a new localization effort, I'll will be your mentor and point of contact.
To get started please add your team information to the new Bolivian Quechua and Aymara L10N teams pages.
