SeaMonkey 2.0.14->2.2 Major Update Billboards

SeaMonkey Just got our Major Update billboards up. (for the 2.0.14->2.2
update)

We are hosting them on www.mozilla.org so we have a place, with https:
that still makes sense to host them. [we cannot use
seamonkey-project.org for now, as we have some technical hurdles there]

I just enabled these updates for our beta audience, and all locales
currently point an en-US.

I will be filing bugs for all locales over the next few days, our desire
to get the Major Update shipped is by next monday, (earlier if most
locales get this page translated in time).

If you wish to do this ahead of the bug on your locale there are a few
options:

* E-mail me [making sure to include locale name or code somewhere in the
e-mail]
* File a bug under your Locale's Bugzilla location, and CC me on the bug.
* NOT a reply to this dev-l10n thread please.

And one of the following
* Attachment of a translated version of
https://www.mozilla.org/start/2.2/en-US/index.html
* plaintext listing of translated "strings" for me to commit for you.
(If encoding needed, utf-8 is preferred)
** e.g. ["Get It Now" == "Check Me Out Yo!"]
* Commit the code to svn yourself if you have permissions for this area.
** If you do this, please tell me about it.

Any questions about this you can here, mozilla.dev.apps.seamonkey,
e-mail (if you think your answer wouldn't help other locales) or lastly
your specific bug you would file above.

I have a question, that may interest everyone. With the Free at the
second point, you meen free as free beer, free as in freedom or both? If
both, I'll have to say that with two separate words, or if you want just
one tell me which of the two meanings you prefer.

IIRC, our user studies found that it's worth calling out that the
updates are free of cost.

Both if you can capture it in one word is fine, but the emphasis is that
the download of an update is without cost, as some collection of users
seems to not be sure about that when getting such a message (as Firefox
surveys as well as the rare message to the SeaMonkey team have showed).
