Request for Login on Mozilla l10n

My password on https://l10n-dev-sj.mozilla.org/teams/cy isnt being
recognised, possibly as I've not used it for so long. How do I update it?

"Dormant Accounts

If your account in a particular SCM is inactive for more than 6 months,
it may be deactivated. However, the knowledge that you have achieved a
particular level of access is retained. Therefore, getting your account
reactivated is a simple matter of filing a bug asking IT to turn it back
on. Such bugs should be dealt with extremely quickly."

The bug belongs into "Infrastructure & Operations" > "Account Requests".

This seems strange: access to the version control system is disabled for
inactivity, but not the LDAP account itself (afaik).

Pike should be able to extract more information from the LDAP server, I
wonder if you need a password reset instead (would still require a bug).

As flod hinted at, dormant accounts only get their VCS priviledges disabled, the passwords continue to work.
