Getting access to l10n CVS as a peer?

Hi,
Is there any problem if I file a bug to request CVS access in the l10n
CVS mirror when another es-ES member has already got such access (of
course, assuming that he vouches me to be a peer, and that I follow
the right procedure)?

There are no accounts on cvs-mirror for /l10n. As for /cvsroot.
If you want to get write access for the /l10n repository (ie. not the
mirror one, to stop nit-pickin), you need to file a cvs account bug, CC
me and get the owner of your locale to vouch for you.
