String changes in languageNames.properties

Greetings localizers,

Be advised that languageNames.properties has had some string changes in
en-US:

New languages
=============

* [csb] Kashubian
* [dsb] Lower Sorbian
* [haw] Hawaiian
* [hil] Hiligaynon


Changed languages
=================

* [gd] "Scots Gaelic" => "Scottish Gaelic"
* [ht] "Haitian" => "Haitian Creole"


Relevant bugs
=============

* Bug 535422: Add support for Lower Sorbian [dsb]
* Bug 586085: Add support for Kashubian [csb], Hawaiian [haw], and
Hiligaynon [hil]
* Bug 531849: Rename "Haitian" to "Haitian Creole" [ht]
* Bug 724594: Rename "Scots Gaelic" to "Scottish Gaelic" [gd]


As these changes are not dependent on any particular version of Gecko,
it is recommend that you include them in whichever version you are
currently localizing on. (They are targeted for Gecko 18, but there's no
reason your users can't have access to them earlier.)

One quick caveat: The change to 'ht' has not actually landed yet, but
localizers are welcome to make the changes anyway, as the change is
expected to land in the future. (That way, you can make all the changes
at once.)
