I think it's the same of writing "This translation has no legal value"
or similar.

Yes, basically.
If you're feeling uncomfortable about translating about:rights, feel
free to not do so. Filing a bug on doing that might be a good idea,
we're currently working out some scheme on adding help and potentially
review to the translations there.
Just CC sethb and me on the bug, and we'll take it from there.
