Summary:
We're performing some optimisations to the Pootle database. These
cannot be performed with the database active so we've had to take
Pootle offline.

More info:
We're using MySQL with InnoDB. The InnoDB tables have grown large
and we need to make changes so that each database table is stored in
its own file. To do that we need to dump the complete database, make
our changes and restore the tables once again. Of course we want the
database to be inactive thus we need to take Pootle offline. We
don't want to lose any data so we'll be making backups of everything
as we start.
