Does not appear in the Hungarian accents

On the following page:
http://www.doyouspeakenglish.hu/
does not appear in the Hungarian accents, replacing them with other
characters in a replacement for Mozilla Firefox 8! Google Chrome will
display the characters correctly Hungarian accented characters!

A következő oldalon:

I believe the page is intended to be interpreted as Windows codepage 1250, but it is not served with any appropriate metadata to tell the browser which charset is being used. The results may depend on system locale, preference settings, or other factors that affect what the browser uses as a default guess for the encoding. (Incidentally, Chrome also guesses wrong on my Windows machine.)

So selecting "Central European (Windows 1250)" from the View/Character Encoding menu should display the text as intended.

The real solution is for the site to add an appropriate charset declaration, so that browsers know which encoding is being used rather than just using a (system-dependent) default or guess.
