Update on Firefox 3.5 RC 1

Hi,

we had our product delivery meeting today and got an update on how far
the code is. They're making good progress, but the tree has been shaky
as always, and we want the code to cool down a bit, too.

So the current plan is to start builds on Sunday, and I can update what
we take for l10n 'til then.

That means, keep testing, and update me on changesets to take for 3.5 if
you can still make improvements.
