[Action] FxOS Arabic RTL Test Plan

As you may or may not know, we will be focusing a lot on getting RTL (right-to-left) in shape for Arabic in 2.2.

We have started to work on a test plan that I'd like to share with you all. Any recommendation or insights are more than welcome.

Also, please note that this is for 2.2. We hope to make more Arabic improvements (specifically, directionality changes for back button, edge gestures and task manager; and Arabic Civil and Islamic liturgical calendars) in 2.3.

I will be looking a lot at the Localization Run since it (supposedly/hopefully) covers all screens and states of the phone, in order to create new test cases based on RTL, when applicable. I'll also be following closely all landing features and the RTL meta bug in order to cover the 2.2 features as well from an RTL perspective.

If anyone would like to get involved in this project, please feel free to reach out to me. Right now there are 2 main areas where we could use your help:
- verifying on device the resolved bugs from the RTL meta bug (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=906270), and marking them as Verified Fixed when the fix looks OK on device.

- helping to actually write out test cases. Deadline: Dec.19th

As you see this is a really tight schedule, but is of really big importance. We can really make a change by making RTL good on Firefox OS. Please help us achieve this goal and make this project successful!

Following up on Delphine's, just wanted to mention and let everyone aware of the fact that bug 1082060 exists, which is somewhat blocking us from RTL'ing gaia-elements, so any bugs related to gaia-header, gaia-switch or any other element found (concerning RTL, of course) is caused by 1082060.
