[late-l10n] Thunderbird 3.1b2 Migration Assistant id changes

Hi All,

When we landed the new migration assistant, we missed changing the id of
two strings when we had changed the context of how they were used.

This is known to have affected at least two locales, so we're now
changing the string ids, so that you are all aware.

The checkin:

The two affected strings are both in
chrome/messenger/featureConfigurator.dtd:

featureConfigurator.toolbar.new.status has been renamed
featureConfigurator.toolbar.new

featureConfigurator.toolbar.original.status has been renamed
featureConfigurator.toolbar.original

Both these strings can be found on the third page of the Migration
Assistant, accessible from Help -> Migration Assistant.

Please check the strings are correct for your locale and update if
necessary.

I believe these are the last two string changes for Thunderbird 3.1;
however I'll try and get confirmation later today.

Reminder/Note: The string completion date for 3.1 is planned for Monday
17th May at 23:59 PDT, this is one day later than on the original
schedule (as per request).
