Comparison for tb31x-sl

dated oct 13th, is evidently holding back the signoff for TB. There's
been changesets since in http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/sl/ - see
changeset efaa52dda4f6 (duplicated in in http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n-mozilla-1.9.2/sl/)
, but no check of the status and any indication of changes on the
signoff page.

As a result the release 3.1.5 still contains all the shortcomings and
inconsistencies, some of them 3 months old and have been corrected
long time ago.

Going down to

shows the sl locale pretty much green (nor errors) all the time for the
last few months, with one exception of a few hours at the beginning of
this month.

Hi Simon,

there's been a bunch of changesets that was side-tracked / lost in
commotion. If I had time, I could go into some detective work on who
done it. I'll rather pass on the occasion and - now that I finally
have learnt the secrets of committing - stick to the rules.

Note that both H & C on Comparison for tb31x-sl are wrong / outdated.
The web pages have been fixed ong time ago, and so were the errors
under C.
